Today. The first tower setback is now 2 floors above the shortest section. From the construction elevator numbers, it looks like they’re working on Level 32.

Perhaps without the glazing it's a bit too early to proclaim this, but it's shaping up to be the best-looking tower in Yorkville (not counting the south side of Bloor).
