It seems the way they're doing the cladding here requires the building to be fairly completed. And where the prefab needs to be installed before the glazing...

...hence, the delay in seeing glass here. And for what that's worth.

Panels are a brighter white than I expected, but the profile is nice and deep! I suppose they will weather and patina as the building ages - definitely evokes the manulife centre and the other brutalist / modernist buildings in the area with the use of concrete and opaque walls / skinny form.
