Toronto 50 Eglinton West | 169.03m | 49s | Madison Group | AUDAX

Appreciate the effort at non-spandrel solid panelling but that dark charcoal grey could not be more soulless and dreadful.

12 cabs for 844 units. Absolutely fantastic!

Well...........too good to last PE.

Resubmission on this one.

@Paclo

12 cabs, 1,206 units, with newly proposed heights of 58s and 46s.

The elevator ratio, at least, isn't terrible.....

That link is for 567 Sheppard.

I got the correct link here though, thanks

No idea how I managed that; weird.

I have corrected the link I posted. (no sense in leaving an inaccurate one)

Thanks.

It's not the elevator ratio isn't terrible now, it's that the elevator ratio is GOOD now. 1 elevator for every 100.5 units has to be applauded.

Fair, I merely noted that the situation is less desirable than it was when PE commented about 12 cabs to 844 units.

When is Toronto going to up its game? Aside from a handful of outstanding examples, including 'The One and 'Forma', this city seems determined to become the posterchild for mediocrity.

I wouldn't read into this as anything more than it is - a mislabeling of the unit type.
Using OBC floor area minimums, you cannot achieve a 3B in 663 sq ft.

A lot of developers are pushing for 610-620 sq ft 2B units in Toronto these days and it's not really workable. 650, yes. Below that is not ideal.

Fun fact, that size is perfectly doable in a tiny-home. I get to 562sqft not including closets or mechanical.
