My two cents is that it is only a thread bump if nothing new was added to the thread. Example of this is whenever the Mirvish Gehry Towers thread is bumped with someone asking for an update for the umpteenth time.

I am of the opinion that a rendering model of the building in the thread title adds to the thread. We are being given a visualization of how the massing fits with the surrounding context.

So let's do a quick side by side!

(last proposal vs current)

2 towers at 48/58; now 2 towers at 75 and 78

Unit count then 985+97 (hotel) for 1082 units Unit Count now 1611 units

Res. GFA then 83672m2, Res; GFA now 117,199m2

The description doesn't give certainty as to whether hotel component has been dropped.........but assuming it has.........

Net increase of 529 Units (including hotel rooms); or 626 Condominium units.

Net increase of ~34000m2 in Residential GFA

Great. Build it.

Here is a render of 2 generic towers, 260 and 250 metres, on the site, tucked in behind and to the right of 2 Carlton (251 metres):

Goodnes, those will dwarf the YC...not that's a bad thing mind you.

The three towers approximately at the same height look too cluttered together as seen in the photo up above . The middle tower should be cut down a third and added to the other tower creating a supertall. Adding some hieght dynamics to the skyline in my opinion .
