The shorter one (south tower) is now 163.1m (gaining 3 metres and 3 floors). This has been updated in The 100m List.

Hard to believe that there would be shadowing issue with 220 meters from this College + Yonge location to Wellesley + Yonge....that's a crock

They don't base those decisions on whether they think there will be shadowing, they base those decisions on what shadow studies show. They use something called math to work it out; hunches that something might be a crock aren't quite considered definitive enough.
