City Council is sending representation to LPAT to oppose the plans as they are, while Planning will seek changes to the plan in advance of the LPAT hearing, looking for a settlement.

There was a resubmission for this back in Feb 21, 2021. The building design looks fundamentally the same, although the landscaping plan in front of the new church along Broadway Ave is now a bit different:

According to the NRU this has been approved at the OLT via settlement for 39 storeys, a new public park along Broadway avenue, and a new church building between the park and the tower.

New Docs are up but it doesn't look like much has changed. The renderings looks the same as previous.

New renderings are updated in the database! Previously, the database did not include the height information and parking count information so I just included them as of right now. Overall the building story count remains the same at 39 storeys.

New rendering was taken from the architectural plan via SPA. They only changed from 146 car parking to 148 car parking.
