Also: 125 parking spaces means an average of 2.6 spaces per unit, plus 8 visitor space and a car share space. Who is going to be using that car share space if everyone has 2-3 cars here?

Less jank and more spank though...

...it's a marked improvement in aesthetics from what they where proposing, for good or bad here.

I love the scale of this building - it's a human-sized structure, and the podium collaborates well with the rest of the streetscape. Hopefully the materials will be high quality. There's a high-likelihood that zig-zag frippery on the exterior expression will make this building look dated very soon.
