January 30: Glazing for the windows at the north end of the 422 Wellington addition has arrived on site and is being set up for installation:

February 9: City services - water and sewage - being installed to the building.

March 26: A lot of workers present at the 422 Wellington site earlier this morning - more than I have seen at one time before, with work going on at several locations on the building.

Great update! I imagine that they would like to be open for patio ($$$) season which is rapidly approaching.
