Preview Night Report

Being the nosy neighbour, I went to the preview last night.
Occupany stated as December 2010.
Some nice design features:
- white reflective roofing
- grey water recycling/storage for the front courtyard
- full-size french balcony doors on many suites (some have 5 or 6 in one suite!) of the front podium
- every one of the 102 suites has a balcony
- every one of the 102 suites has parking available

Approx $550/sq ft.

Edit: $450 - $550 that is, my guys paid a premium for the extra giant terrace.
