Since the update for this particular project is note worthy I felt a separate thread be the best option.

Just wanted to put the (so useful!) map of where this project is located to emphasize what a density sweetspot it has become! The location between the 401 and now a super snazzy Agincourt GO station is perfect and will nurture a node that will rival a lot of NA downtowns.

From a skyline perspective maybe, but there's not much employment and the 7 storey above grade parking just means more cars on and off the 401.
