Settlement proposal has been made public. Changes are as follows:
- Storeys reduced from 42 to 37
- Height reduced from 141 to 111.3m
- Total residential units decreased from 463 to 425
- Total vehicular parking decreased from 69 to 59
- Total bicycle parking decreased from 479 to 428
