They must be. I thought maybe the existing building is an example of mid-century architecture. But since it'll be demolished, clearly not historic enough to preserve.

Latest edition of supporting docs posted on Feb 4, 2021. Some subtle changes made to both buildings.

After a 2 year, 3 month period of quiet.............

The SPA for this one has been filed.

Resubmitted with the following minor parking count changes
  • Total vehicle spots decreased from 695 to 694
  • Total bike spots increased from 499 to 503
No permits have been applied for and NOAC has not been issued.
 
It's really too bad TAS doesnt plan on moving on this anytime in the near/foreseeable future.

Unfortunately I dont think this will ever be built as currently envisioned, but hey maybe they will strike on some gold soon.
