Whatever happened to this since the OMB Approval? Application still under review as per the city.

It seems that even though they have rezoning approved through the OMB, they are in no rush to redevelop: the City has received no Site Plan Approval application from them.

The application is no longer on the city's AIC. Is it safe to assume this proposal is completely dead?
