Location
Mississauga, where cars rule city growth
Kaneff paid the City a few $100,000's to relocate the Water Trunk Line off their property last and this year, when the city had to do an emergency replacement of the trunk line due to failure from Hurontario St to the Cooksville Creek. It was done so a development could take place on the land.

The SITE is currently been used as a paid parking lot by Kaneff that is bound by Elm, the Valley, Kaneff Cres and Obelisk Way. It can easy support a 20s building.

The site is currently service by MT route 3, 8 and 53 that connect to the Transitway.

This site has a street on all 4 sides of it and has been a paid visitor lot. Wouldn't be surprise to see Obelisk Way close to traffic to house construction trailers and part of the area on the west side since this all Kaneff area.

With T1 for Keystone fully top off and T2 to be top off in Aug. Kaneff is sitting this site as the next project that the site power box is setup on site with a few other boxes. Wasn't this way a week ago.

No idea what they plan on doing with the sells office that was moved there a few years ago and setup to sell something, but nothing has happen since then

This is going to planning and development on Nov 13 as a 40 story tower. Has gone from 29 to 33 and now 40

That City Council direct Legal Services, appropriate City staff and any necessary consultants to attend the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) hearing in opposition to the Official Plan Amendment and Rezoning applications, under File OZ/OPA 20/007 W4, in their current form, for the lands at 3575 Kaneff Crescent and for Legal Services to bring a report to Council should there be a potential for settlement
