Still better than King Blue.
Wow this is one very dense site on just 792 sq. metres of land with a 32.8x FSI.
This has apparently gone condo.

Launching in January as a condo.
This gets quite interesting now, in my opinion condo buildings result in better communities compared to rental. I have also Great Gulf is an excellent builder.
Found some details and renderings here:
Don't put any faith in that. It's nonsense realtor clickbait. Greasy res brokers are the worst...
Yup, more shameless advertising by agents who know nothing about the project.
The info/photos on that agent's site is not even correct or up to date.
These agent operated websites of condo projects are basically the real estate version of fake news.
Will there not be the 25m between this and Bisha?
I don't believe so, no. This first got rezoning in 2012, the 25m separation distance comes from the Tall Building Guidelines, which were implemented in 2013.
What a depressing collection of buildings.
The Great Gulf sales pavilion building at 357 King Street West has now been emptied out - all furniture that could be seen has been removed. Final removal of utility connections and final clean up prior to demolition is still to be completed. A Priestly Demolition truck and some staff were were on site earlier today - actual demolition anticipated to start in approximately four weeks or so.
