A proposed three-building (18s, 16s, and 8s) mixed-use redevelopment of 676-700 Beaverbrook Avenue & 365 Oxford Street West, currently occupied by the offices of the South West LHIN. The development will include new office space in the tallest tower. Current offices will be retained on-site, with only the rear portion of the property being the development area, consisting of three empty lots (formerly houses) and a surface parking lot.

Was walking by the site tonight and saw a drill rig parked on the property. This type of rig is typically used in geotechnical drilling. I could hear them conducting penetration testing earlier today.
