The low-rise section isn't actually abominable; but the middle tower, completely devoid of colour and tallest tower, with cladding one can pick up at the Dollar Store on discount......hard pass.

The “middle“ one unfortunately already exists and is part of the Mon Sheong seniors complex… all it needs is an epitaph to complete the tombstone appearance.
