Yes, nice that the multi-use pathway was singled out, but it was a and/or situation regarding spending the money on Centennial Park; while it's always nice to lavish something more on Centennial (and they have lots of plans for improvements there that need funding), but I value network improvements highly, and I would not like to see connecting up Etobicoke and Mississauga active transportation paths forgotten in case they go with the just-improve-Centennial route with the money.

Just a not to record in the thread that this infill proposal was approved by City Council at its March, 2022 meeting, and that we have a front page story here with the details.

Kinda wish there would be retail on the bottom floor, considering its an major intersection between Etobicoke and mississauga. Missed opportunity

An update on the permits:
So the above, looks like someone just needs to pay the bill.............
While.......for Shoring:
There is activity as recently as December '23...........so its not dead yet.......... but moving very, very, lethargically.
