Details of the settlement are now public. Changes are as follows:
  • Storeys increased from 24 to 27
  • Height increased from 80.26 to 89.81m
  • Total residential units increased from 306 to 353 (incl. 10 affordable rental units)
  • Total vehicular parking increased from 124 to 125
  • Total bicycle parking increased from 348 to 394
A Merit Hearing was scheduled to commence on June 17 and has since been cancelled. A Settlement Hearing has not been scheduled yet at this time.

The settlement was ratified with an interim order by the OLT

Graywood's submission is in, and they've employed Turner Fleischer as the primary architect. Commercial/retail space has been eliminated at total residential units down from 353 to 335. Car parking down from 125 to 37 and bike parking down from 394 to 370.

Not sure if we had clarity on this before, but all units here are now proposed as rental.
