The building in the 2016 renderings should be a good improvement over what was there before. This block has one of my favourite streetscapes in the city with all those grand and colourful Victorian commercial buildings and the broad pedestrian space. It's nice to see Queen West continue to evolve without high-rise buildings, since so much of its heritage character is still intact.

Which is essentially Rogers. They bought the Pearl portfolio offering including this, 160 John and 580 King West in 2016 or 2017.

Looking forward to a 7,525 ft² Rogers Wireless store.
