The building in the foreground of that rendering was designed by Core Architects. Spaziani designed the tacky, suburban looking buildings in the background.I like the choice of architect. Hope it's similar to one of these works of his:

I love how she speaks for the whole community as if she represents all of our interests. As much as I miss the former church's architecture, it would be nice to have some tax revenue coming from this site rather than the former tax-exempt church or the more recent vacant lot.
