Unfortunately, yes.
City Council voted yesterday to oppose this development at the OMB mostly on the grounds that this condo is proposed for what the City considers a stable residential area that it does not want to see mid-rise development in. A hearing is scheduled for February 2016.

I love how she speaks for the whole community as if she represents all of our interests. As much as I miss the former church's architecture, it would be nice to have some tax revenue coming from this site rather than the former tax-exempt church or the more recent vacant lot.
