Grand Central Mimico is for 3 blocks that will support 9 towers including the 2 for this thread..

The land north of GO parking lot has been clear, fence off and wrap as .Grand Central Mimico.

There is a large sign at the north end showing the whole area outside the development area as well how all 3 blocks/9 towers will fit into the area.

The warehouse across the street has been painted black and having Grand Central Mimico attach to it. Most likely the sale office.

Surveyor crew mapping the area out as I was there today.

Fail to shoot some areas.

This is going to have a significant impact on the skyline of South Etobicoke. Humber Bay won't be so isolated, and from certain angles the emerging Mimico skyline will look like a continuation of Humber Bay.

VanDyk has taken it over as part of their Grand Central Mimico development, but it's not the first phase. Anyone who bought in to the original plans here got their deposits back long ago.
