A plan for five 3-storey townhomes at the corner of Evergreen Gardens & Bayview, just south of Moore Ave.

The closest major intersection would be Davisville & Bayview, a few blocks north of here.

shame they aren’t pushing for a little more density here considering the footprint of this 5 unit structure is about the same as the apartment building next door. These look like super luxury though - each unit has an elevator!
 
According to this article from 2016, the developer originally tried proposing 6 townhome units.

And the locals went full blown NIMBY:

There has been a bit of activity at the site in the last few days - what looks like posts going up for hoarding
 
...when one observes the supermarket across the road surrounded by a sea of surface parking lots and notes the cheese sanwich developments that have already inflicted this neighbourhood from behind, I mean what is it are they trying to "save'?
 
Yeah, I passed by here on the way going home from the Brickworks. There's partial wooden hoarding set up along Bayview but they appear to have halted afterwards from finishing it to wrap around the entire site so far.

This MUST have been completed, no? If there's anyone in the area, please photo-update us on how Bennington has been destroyed, local lives in ruins, etc!
