Not looking so sharp on those close ups, rather sloppy on the details. That whole strip of exposed concrete (west wall) still needs some finishing touch-ups?

2 years later I'm checking out how it's growing into the streetscape: trees are still alive and the precast is fading--overall it looks better today than it did new.

This place is really just a rental--how do you like paying 40% of your income towards rent?
