Height is fine, but ground floor is not well handled. Despite a reference to retail in the description, the ground floor plan shows this as indoor amenity. Given that this is a major road with a probable subway............hard no. Retail is the order of the day.
I also want to see the recessed element of the ground floor nixed.
Why is there surface parking here? That makes no sense at all to me. That and the oversized carport has to go.
Otherwise, it could certainly benefit from some architectural refinement.........but sure.
