This settlement proposal has been made public. Changes below:
- Storeys increased from 61 to 62
- Height decreased from 231.4 to 229.6m
- Total residential units increased from 79 to 106
- Total bicycle parking increased from 110 to 115
- Addition of a 410 sqm POPS
- Massing changes to the podium, lightwell and Scollard corner which can be read in more detail here
A settlement hearing has not been scheduled at this time.
