It has changed.........alot.

The proponent purchased the property at 300 Sherbourne noted above.

The number of beds has shot up from 178 to 423 ;

The height has gone from 10s to 20s.

New rendering was taken from the architectural plan via the Rezoning application. The rendering is updated in the database. The storey count changed from 10 storey to 20 storey. Height changed from 37.45m to 65.45m. The total unit count changed from 153 units to 185 units & 392 beds. Finally, total parking changed from 2 parking to 4 parking.
 
They're knocking down half of 300 Sherbourne for the courtyard but other than that it's a pretty exciting proposal. Love the masonry tower
