Wow, an Eggsmart? When did this happen? I haven't passed through this intersection in a while. I wonder how many more years before that Pizza Pizza at the southwest corner will be there for.

Would be nice if they come up with a better design this time but I'm not holding my breath on it. Sheppard East between Vic Park and Warden, is shaping up to rival Spadina & College as one of the uglier accumulation of newer highrises in recent years. Especially when factoring in Wish Condos and East 3220 Condos.
