Estimated construction timeline:
- Excavation and shoring: May 2021 to December 2021;
- Below grade formwork: December 2021 to April 2022;
- Above grade formwork: April 2022 to April 2023;
- Building envelope phase: October 2022 to May 2023; and
- Interior finishes stage: June 2023 to November 2023.

Looks like they’re preparing the site for shoring. Murmurs of the long Fresh building next door getting redeveloped soon, too.

Anyone know of plans to turn eastern, front and trinity into a more pedestrian friendly intersection with all the new residential development in very close vicinity.
