The only cladding I see so far is a blank wall. I think it's a little early to be jumping to conclusions.

This building is supposed to be the height of condominium luxury. But right now, it looks quite sterile. It needs taller and more interesting neighbours to hide its looming side walls and to form a coherent streetscape.
Blinds To Go definitely has to go.

Or they are being smart. Stick around to sell blinds to the developments going up around them.
