New renderings are updated in the database. There are several project information changes in the database. The overall building height decreased from 61.87m to 49.65m. The storey count changed from 16 to 13 storeys. The total unit count decreased from 100 to 60 units. Finally, total parking spaces increased from 86 parking to 93 parking.

Could be decent, I like the balcony railing treatments and wood accents. Brick is always nice too. As an aside, Merton between Yonge and Mt. Pleasant is one of my favourite streets in terms of scale with its consistent midrise form. Definitely something I'd like to see more of around the city, and in my opinion creates a more pleasant environment than clusters of residential skyscrapers.

Lindvest acquired this from Rockport in July 2023 and is now moving forward with an SPA resubmission, proposing the following changes from the 2022 OLT approval:

• Total residential units increased from 60 to 91
• Total vehicular parking decreased from 93 to 92
• Total bicycle parking decreased from 110 to 92

because that hasnt worked for me but i think the one nothern light just sent answered that question for me anyways. i was trying to get the notification to come here rather than my email
