New rendering updated to the database. The storey count changed from 32 storey to 29 storey. The height was reduced from 103.65m to 95.57m. Rendering taken from the architectural plan via SPA.

Looking at the Arch. Plans, here I thought @Art Tsai had brought us all the possible visual carnage, but no...........there are a whopping 18 equally trashy, amateurish renders set to cause visual trauma.
Applause to Art for some editing.
I was going to post the Site Plans as amended, but these are some seriously slow loading Arch. Files and I'm not staying up til midnight to read'em. So that will have to wait.

Update - the SPA here is at the OLT; and man have they been non-deciding.
Still no Merit Hearing calendared.
I'm going to go out on a limb, that since this was w/the Trustee for the Conservatory Group, which was in the process of being unwound..........that said process has impacted this site.
