This is a twin 8s residential development located at the NE corner of Richmond and Sunningdale East in north London. This was originally proposed as twin 16s with townhouses but the city made them cut the proposal down to 8s twins with no townhouses. The justification was "too intense for the area" but Tricar's Village North development, consisting of 14s twins and townhouses, located 350m to the west, was apparently fine. This has been stagnant for a while but some activity has apparently been happening on-site.
