I believe this leaves only 1 structure left, an SFH, from the 'original' incarnation of development here. (on this street, assuming all current applications come to fruition)

Currently South side of Greenbriar Rd is an area that is the very last affordable rental area in the Bayview Village area.
Gentrification at its finest.
