I love that building and would live there in a heartbeat, but man is that ever a lot of money to spend on a two bedroom apartment that's 1000 sf.

My grocery errands never let me go by there in the end so I never got to try. I assume though that the installation is fixed so that tempted idiots like me don't try to give it a spin... >.<
