Nice to see such a large scale industrial project moving forward. Industry is probably the least "sexiest" of land usage but is so important to the economy of the city.
 
It is also an extremely low density land use. These things are popping up all over Brampton and Milton, but are far lower density than a traditional business park. They take up multiple hectares and often only employ a couple hundred people. This is a 20 hectare site, with 758 parking spots. Assuming 1-1 "jobs to parking spots", that is 38 jobs per hectare.

Construction is done now. Any idea who the tenant is? Seems like the size is huge enough for Amazon but it's not them.
