I've never seen balconies so close to each other like that in the podium. Someone could literally just jump over to your balcony. Terrible privacy issue but also a security one.

Something tells me anyone that can afford living in that building won't have to much motive to jump onto your balcony.

Are they going to cover that exposed concrete column on the podium? Hopefully in travertine like the cladding on the podium or at least paint it white.

Not a big fan of the podium - it comes across like a parking garage.

Some buildings (like Teahouse) try to make their above-ground parking garage look like something else. It's weird that this building is doing the reverse - trying to disguise residential levels as parking garage
