Leave this to the Mods how to handle this, but everything pretaining to the site is for sale and development.

One hope something better will happen along the Lake Shore than plan with this site being for sell. Not impress on what being plan for the whole area on Lake Shore itself.

A hotel wouldnt hurt in this area, but this is just a laughable design from head to toe. The base at street level looks uninspired, and the near bland wall precast canvas looks awful just for starters.

Wouldn't Lago block any view of the lake however?
It's Ocean Club that will be between this and the lake, its 10-storey boutique tower being closest to it. The buildings appear to be about 15 metres apart. Hotel guests on the lake side on the 11th floor and above will see more than those on lower floors at the ends of the building where they can look down the street while pressed up against their windows.

I don't think this the type of hotel that one stays at to luxuriate by the lake. I expect these will be simple, economical rooms that are aimed at a market that's looking to stay in the area for convenience, not for a super-deluxe pampering. You only get great lake views in the pamper-you places.
