Let's Goooo, I think that's the location of the future extension of that Gardiner exit ramp ?
No, the ramp will be extended on the north side of the tracks (before crossing underneath close to the Gardiner. That'll be tricky…)

That area where the vehicles are now is where the first phase buildings will be though. Pretty preliminary work at this point still.

The sales centre will be beside the old BMO branch at Park Lawn and Lake Shore:
