Excellent piece by Stefan Novakovic.

It's not polemic at all, but it explores why we all appreciate Allies and Morrison and others, who have a differing aesthetic and development point of view to that which generally prevails in Toronto.

Hello everyone! New to the community but I have been following this thread for a while. I live in the building infront, 30 shore breeze drive.

Wondering if anyone knows what is going on now? I noticed lots of construction workers by the proposed train stop this past week.
