Ugh what's with architects and the alternating patterns.... Would look much better if the dark panels/windows were aligned all the way up

I dont hate it. Im more interested in seeing how the building interacts at street level and how they will incorporate the public realm into the fabric of the building.

I think you're forgetting who MADE this building - Vrancor doesn't have a good history of first floor.. anything.

Hrm... it just sorta feels "there" - like it doesn't stand out at all - just a tower of glass..

Thay also MASSIVELY cheaped out - there are no jutouts around the balconies along the side like the render showed - its all just "flat" in the glass - the original render made the balcony areas "pop" - now it just all blurs together:

I remember chris saying well at least it's not a lego block building, and me saying "wait - they always change the render"

Well it seems they changed it yet again.
