I can't to see this building developed! Because the facade of this development looks beautiful according to the little box on the very top of page and previous page. Small but affected looking building with lots of detail in close photo shots !

In the garage, right? If that's the case, I think it's a good idea because it would require less space than a ramp.

Definitely an improvement architecturally. Execution and details will be important to make this a success.
