I can't to see this building developed! Because the facade of this development looks beautiful according to the little box on the very top of page and previous page. Small but affected looking building with lots of detail in close photo shots !
Building will now be 12 storey and only 19 parking space, with a total count of 80 units "The unit count rises by 1 to 80 units in a mix of 10 studios (12%), 42 one-bedrooms (53%), 16 two-bedrooms (20%) and 12 three-bedrooms (15%)".
The City of Toronto has approved zoning for a mid-rise on the northwest corner of Yonge and Hillsdale in Midtown from Reserve Properties. The 12-storey mixed-use building is designed by IBI Group.
I'm wondering if this will be precast or cast in place brick?
Definitely an improvement architecturally. Execution and details will be important to make this a success.
