Hi, does anyone have a contact from the builder that's offering the mutual release? At this point I don't think the project will get built, I'd want to get my money back.

There’s a tower on the opposite side on ramp being constructed. There’s no way that this is going to remain towns. The land is too valuable now. This project is dead and a new denser higher project will be submitted.

Thanks to someone who posted the details of the lawyers and the jsorokolit@consulatedevelopment.com - president Camilla towns.

The mutual release was finally signed on may 15th BUT my funds are NOT YET RELEASED. the lawyers are just NOT responding. I called them and I was told the money is with the builder and builder didnt release to them. My question is - Can lawyers release the funds to the builder even if they are sitting in the Lawyers Trust account?
Any lawyers here - PLEASE RESPOND - seems like this is the second battle i am going to fight now!

Anyone who got their funds back - please advise how long it took SR law to release the funds?

You can put a lien on the property and it not cheap. It must be done by a lawyer and it may not be your current lawyer.
