MINOR VARIANCE/PERMISSION (Section 45 of the Planning Act)

MEETING DATE AND TIME: Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 3:30 p.m.
LOCATION: This will be a virtual hearing.

PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION: To construct a new five-storey mixed-use building with 2 commercial units and 19 residential units. The existing one-storey commercial building will be demolished.

If I lived in the ward I'd attend and argue vociferously to incorporate the existing building in some way.

Thanks! I have my eye on Davenport as I think it could be the next Ossington!
 
Could be good if someone can actually do something with the property soon. But as it is, this is actually a useful business right now. I'd rather see faster action on some of the other vacant / derelict properties along here.
