The height has been reduced to 186.5 metres, or 611.72 feet. That may change again slightly when the detailed plans come in for the elevator overruns.
So the city is okay with the density and local traffic in the area? Not to mention the three other proposals nearby, the Mirvish+Gehry alone is bringing 1500+ units... 19 Duncan will literally be shadowed
At the the 379-391 Adelade pre-consultation, I saw this model (labelled "Duncan House", presumably inspired by Vancouver House?), though I think it's for the old version with less office space:

That is indeed the old iteration.
It would have been quite lovely if only they'd drop the cutouts and the line of balconies.
