The reason I think York University Station should GO (buh-dum-dum) is that once Downsview Park is opened, the station will have very little utility as York U wants everyone to come in by subway and eliminate as many buses from campus as possible.

I agree that York U station should close as soon as Downsview Park station opens. I was just saying that there is precedent on the GO system (on this line in fact) for stations that are even closer than Concord and York U would be if they were open at the same time.

Area might benefit from a closer BRT station as well.

Just looked and there doesn't appear to be a single station between Keele + Dufferin.
 
According to the Vaughan committee of adjustments agenda for next week, a temporary sales office for this project will be built in one of the units at 7700 Keele St.
This project was previously known as "Rose Garden City" (perhaps name hasn't changed yet).
