Pretty isolated place for so many seniors to live. Hopefully the wider site is developed with parks, walkable shopping and other amenities folks can access without a car. Otherwise you're gonna have a lot of restless seniors getting into cars.

Mon Sheong Foundation has obtained Ministry approval to begin construction of a new long-term care centre in Richmond Hill. Located at 187 Vogell Road (Southwest of Major Mackenzie Drive and Highway 404), the new facility is targeted for completion by end of 2027 and will provide 288 new long-term care beds.
