Looks like they added two new floors. I believe the second tower is 38s.

I can't find any information about the second tower on the Mississauga development application portal?

Only that an SPA is required to implement any Phase 2 at the north end of the site.

Ah, I had gotten confused. I mistakenly believed Phase 1 increased in height from 32 to 35 storeys with the SPA. Not that the SPA was for Phase 2 of the development.
