Who caaaaaaaaares? Was anyone really concerned about the offering of "Density Group Limited's" provision of 'new housing' here?

Am I hoping for this to happen, no.

Do I like knowing everything that is or is not going on in my City................... I am Northern Light. So the answer is yes.

Do we know what happened to the SPA here? The old link doesn't work and I can't seem to dig it up in the AIC.

Edit to add: I can find the Site Plan through the ZBA link at the beginning of the thread. So I will post that here for ease later.

I note with interest that the Site Plan (submitted in 2022) has not yet received a Notice of Complete Application.

No one is in a hurry here.

Resubmission to fulfill OLT's conditions of Final Order. Changes below:
  • Height increase from 60 to 63.15m (remains 18-storeys)
  • Total residential units decreased from 182 to 168
  • Total vehicular parking increased from 51 to 52
  • Total bicycle parking decreased from 204 to 190
  • GFA & Unit mix redistribution
