Couple years ago I tried to convince Jimmy's to open a location there.

I still think it would have been cool but was probably ahead of the curve. It'll be at least two years before Portland Common opens and a little less than that for the Well.

Why's that? Portland Commons is only ~8m shorter across the street. Minto Westside is ~10m shorter on the same block.
